However that is not what the structure of the page implies. The page states
"Proposed Solutions" with 3 sub headings. Your intent here is to vote on
your proposition and not all the options.

Probably all voting should be done by the SC which again is why there needs
to be a process on how to determine consensus or lack thereof, the voting
process and the implementation process.
