RE: Busa wiring & electrics

Hi Guys

Need some help from any of you busa experts out there.

I'm trying to fit a data logging & traction control unit to my busa
hillclimb car but we're getting some very strange signals in the input
channels including the tacho signal from the ECU which is just all over the
place.

One of our lines of thought is the ECU has a resisted earth and this is
changing the voltages. I've found four earths that go into the ECU and all
appear to be just normal. Can anyone remember what size of resistor is used
to fool the ECU the ignition barrel is still there and also where it goes in
the loom as we suspect this might be the cause of the problem.
