Try Graham Nelson in Kyneton....he usually keeps his ear to the ground or
join the Royal Enfield club of Australia its $20 bucks well spent and Ant
Mandrake is chief of the Melbourne mob, they have quite a big contingent
down there. Be very careful trying to get an Indian bike into Australia and
get it registered. Many have tried only to have customs destroy them or find
they have to on ship them to NZ and offload them there.
Some Indian dealers are best kept away from and you will end up with a heap
of snot and no correct paperwork. Contact the Aussie Enfield club they know
all the ins and outs of doing a grey import. Beware of a French based
Enfield mob selling Bullets on Australian Ebay
Also forget Madaan motors and Satakar imports see

Subject: [Enfield] Buying a Royal Enfield in Melbourne
I am looking for a bike but am finding it difficult to locate one
locally. I have resorted to looking on the Internet. Attracted to 2
providers, Export Conection in Delhi India & Nova Classics USA. Has
anyone had any experience with these companies or buying on the web?
Can any one direct me to a supplier of used Royal Enfields in
Melbourne?
