Hi,
There are many anticogulants e.g haparin, ACD and EDTA are few of them.Usage of ACD/EDTA/heparin actually depends what you want to do with isolated neutrophiles.
In our experience of DNA typing, we are using ACD instead of EDTA. Acid Citrate Dextros has advantage especially in DNA amplification (PCR reactions) as EDTA cause amplification problem in amplification, and Heparin is expensive.
