I think maybe the essential problem is that notecards are NOT secure
in-world data storage devices, and that is what we are lacking. We don't
need more complex permissions and properties on notecards, we need another
type of object all together for this purpose. Although it could, I suppose,
be a special type of script which another script can read with a function
akin to how you read a notecard.

Of course, if you could also modify the contents via another script, that
would be peachy.
