It's a shame that it uses popup windows and is completely inaccessible
with javascript and/or popups disabled. It makes me wonder what kind
of developer in their right mind would design a general-public site
relying so heavily relying on popup windows.
It looks to me like at the last minute, someone said "what about those
accessibility nuts who are going to sue us?" and their javascript guru
said "don't worry, I'll add a font-size changer!"
