RE: TM Traveler Setup Error

Hello Mike,

 

I have actually tried all three, and the sync never completes.  I have tried
copying the .pdb files to the Treo directory and reinstalled on the Treo.
It is a little baffling.

Hello Phil,

 

Which one of these have you tried so far  - "sync",  "download to handheld"
and or "Create new data base"?.  If you have no data that you have edited on
your handheld the best is to "create new data base" as this will give you a
fresh copy of the files on your Treo.

I have been attempting to setup TM Traveler on my Palm Treo.  Although I
have tried a few variations, I still seem to get the same error message you
see below.

Any suggestions?  I have tried to delete files on the Palm, to no avail.
