Hi, Mathieu:
Although not released to Sakai yet (it's fresh out of the oven here on
Etudes central-land), we have support for offline question authoring and the
ability to paste and import properly-tagged questions right into Mneme -
Test Center.
I don't know of the advantage of authoring in Respondus, as opposed to a
plain text editor (a good question for your faculty), but I wanted to let
you know that we support paste and import from Respondus exports, with minor
adjusting (stripping of blank lines within Respondus questions). The only
Respondus question not supported is uneven matching questions. We support
all Mneme question types, except task and likert-scale.
For a sneak preview of the format specifications and sample questions, see:
http://etudes.org/mneme/paste-and-import-instructions.htmWe will work on QTI 1.2 import / export support for Mneme, following the
Respondus QTI implementation later this spring. In the meantime, we are
moving onto offering support for 'export' of one or more question pools to
text files (same format).
Feel free to contact me directly with any questions.
Best,
Vivie
