I copied the original draft charter and agenda into IETF APPS area wiki space so that updates can proceed there:

Wiki for draft charter
http://trac.tools.ietf.org/area/app/trac/wiki/DraftIriCharter

Wiki for draft agenda
http://trac.tools.ietf.org/area/app/trac/wiki/IriAgenda

Still would like help moving issue list over.

I'd like to publish the "Goals" and "HTML Document Requirements" sections, but I'm not sure whether these belong in an ID or just a wiki page. Opinions => me or this list if anyone feels strongly about that.

I'm looking for a volunteer familiar with IETF tools.ietf.org for a little bit of help.

The BOF/WG plans:

- For the mailing list, continuing to use public-iri@...
- Use IETF tracker and migrate any open issues from
http://www.w3.org/Internationalization/iri-edit

- Use IETF wiki for development charter, liaison pointers,
and a few other non-internet-draft issues.

Can we assume that this page is the "main" page, and others are linked
from there? (It's very easy to have pages on a Wiki that nobody knows
about.)
