RE:bad trader hongkongsuperseller

Hi all,
I’ve just recently bought some IC’S from CY at technology transplant and
asked him the question about links to the above ebay seller.
This was his reply, a little difficult to understand in places but I
think he gets his point across.
I’ve always had good dealings with CY and would recommend them to
anyone.

First thank you for your purchase and the phone number too.
I've had to as you maybe notice sell IC on a new profile NOT
hongkongsuperseller who is NOT involved with us but is rather one of
dozens
of profiles used by HK mafia.  Last year they sold phony chinese antique
furniture with this profile to build it up!
 
I have had to try to answer this question many time now this week and
will copy below some I am trying to answer as well as possible.  The
problem is growing and is too bad.  As we've try to warn many including
OEM such as Doepfer.
 
This seller is trying to destroy us and then take over by selling IC
they know we carry and stock but disguised for what they really are not!
 
 
We only sell new ICs.
The other person(s) sell IC pulled at recycleing center in China.
They have moved in on our items to sell more and more.  So to counter
them
we have devalued all items they sell by selling the same
at less.  You may or not notice many items we now sell are very
different.
And we will be adding more.
But unfortunately this is probably all to much a waste of time because
this
seller is only one of dozens of profiles the mafia in Hong Kong use
to sell many items.  Just last year this profile was called chinese art
and
furntire.  They last years sold counterfeit chinese antiques!
And since a little by little have moved in on our products and have been
harassings us in many ways.  Damaging our business sales
which means we CANNOT AFFORD TO REPRODUCE ITEMS that they only too much
do
not care about only to make quick sales
before a new profile is made.  By the end of the year they will sell
only
different things than today I know this.
I mention all these things because I know their is talk now.  We are not
this group and will not be able to survive without our customers
education
of this matter and support.  Thay started with mn3005 which are really
only
3008 pulled from scrap pcbs and restamped.
This was nearly 1 year ago and have moved to more and more things now.
The
ssm2044 they are selling was purchased in a large lot
unnowingly from our company.  To help make them look more ligitimates.
Next when we offered large lots last summer of 3080A for the synth
community
such as DIY to take advantage of before they were all gone.  Right after
they started to sell 3080 which are all pulled from pcbs.
 
Have now halted dozens of our projects indefinetely and this only hurt
us
and those who enjoy our items.
We have in fact halted most IC sales last year and now for nearly 6
months
because they want to acquire many for counterfeiting.
We do expect uA726 to appear very soon counterfeited.
It is important to know we have contacted ebay many times in the past
year
and explained that they cannot help if people (customers) do not
complain.
But they hide their feedback now!  And daily cancel our auctions and
send us
computer viruses to slow us.
Ebay will do nothing to help and in fact the last complaint we made they
took away our power seller privelages because the hongkongsuperseller
was
complains to ebay we were spamming by listing 2044 with multiple
manufacturer names.
After we stop to sell they then began to sell the lots we sold to them
to
devalue them.  If not by now using only the photo and selling
counterfeits.
Most our clients to only know this many months or years after because
they
will not repair or use much later after the purchase!
You may be asking why bother is this so much to sell?
Yes because as the auction you state I sold 5 pcs. sa571 for $2.  For
every
auction, we receive at least 4,5,6 email a month for large
lot purchases from OEM.  Such as 500,1000, 5000 pcs. of IC or other!
Whic I explain again is what funds our R&D to develop other items.  And
for
them to make such sales
only funds HK mafia to support paying those in mainland China working
for
them $60-$80 a month.
Usually children working 8-10 hours 7 days a week pulling these IC and
sandpapering them to look new!
So please understand our position which I know too difficult for western

people to concept.  It is very different in Asia!
How much time to make an IC look new do you think it maybe takes?  And
they
are not just a few hundreds, thousands.
It is millions of parts pulled from millions of pcbs from all over the
world
to resell to the 'stupid foreigners' their own trash!
Most of the 3207/3007 they are resllings are counterfeit too or pulled
from
karaoke, washing machines and sewing machines!
This maybe all to boring for you and sorry to email such things.  But I
again ask as before to help understand the growing problem
before we are gone for people to change what they sell on any moment.
Paying $1 ea. for 3080 that are trash that last year we sold
as a courtesy for not even $.50 ea!  and to warn they were
disappearings.  I
don't understand?
So I can sell these IC to you as you asked but hope that you can spread
this
message so that this lot I sell you has the same effect
as our ads.  But only this time please.  And please now it is not
helping us
to buy IC lots we find to sell.
We have many IC now we purchased.  But cannot offer them because of this

other seller and our fears!  We don't want people ripped
off from what information and work we provide!  In the last 6 months I
have
purchased nearly 25,000 rare bbd and cem, ssm chips I cannot even sale!
It
is a very sad and bad things for us.  But we will wait it the best we
can
and try to survive these things.
We have gone through many bad times here and bad things in the past so
who
knows.
Again, please tell others about this problem to help.
 
People must be first understand that if there is a 'rare' IC in China.
We have 6 people all day every day that look and buy such items.  If it
is around.  We buy it ALL!  And because of this problem is one reason
why we must.
 
We are the ONLY stockist of such ICs.  It is our business line.  Please
review the hongkongsellers 'business line'.  It makes no sense!
And like most Chinese is whatever they can 'DUMP' into a foreign
country.
One week Chinese furniture, the next synthesizer parts.
 
Some tips I will give buyers.
 
LOOK at the price!  If it is too low get real!
LOOK at the stamp.  The world's largest electroinics company Panasonic
is not going to have ICs that are poorly stamped!  Think about this!
LOOK at the PHOTO
LOOK at the legs.  Are they shiny like solder?  Or bent?
LOOK at the tube.  Does it say panasonic?  Beiling, Harris?
 
Last, LOOK at the SELLER.
We have worked very hard to help people for years now.  With only one
focus.
 
Without the community support and reporting this to Ebay I assure you
this is ONLY THE BEGINNING of what will be coming.  I live here and can
know these things crawling around in this toilet in China!
