RFS packages for Capistrano

If anyone has the time to review and possibly upload the following
packages I would be eternally grateful :D
I packaged net-ssh2 and net-sftp2 because of the incompatibilities
with prior versions.

The package appears to be lintian clean.

Would it make sense to run the test suite during the build?

The tests that I always see rely on too many gems beings installed so
I have always opted out on running them. Should I not opt out on
running tests? The other packages should be fixed in the latest
revision in trunk. Again thank you for your time
