Once again hello!
What about default handler for client RTMP calls? It will be pretty good if
I could handle client call's from different part of my application, maybe
from another assemblies. But know I have to implement all outer signature of
my application in single place (ApplicationAdapter) and have no chance to
expand it in anther modules (for example with dispatching event from default
handler about unknown method call from client).
