Why not? It's only a transport means for the data packets.

I have successfully configured red5 to use publisher sample for rtmp.
My red5 server (90rc1) is stared as Tomcat war file under red5 context.
( http://localhost:8080/red5/demos/publisher.html ) so publisher
successfully connects to rtmp://localhost/red5.

what connection url should I use for rtmpt ( As I've understood rtmpt
support already configured in my red5 installation -
org.red5.server.net.rtmpt.RTMPTServlet )

What connection string should I use in publisher demo for rtmpt ?
I've already tried to use some Urls with no result:

01:10:36:781 - Connecting to rtmpt://localhost:8080/red5
01:10:36:828 - NetConnection.Connect.Failed
01:10:52:937 - Connecting to http://localhost:8080/red5

Should I use another url ? Or publisher demo does not supports rtmpt ?
