Radio Button disappears in Table after implementation of consultation

I have a problem, the business is the following I have with a Table
a column of radiobutton, but after that I do an SQL query
in time of the execution radiobutton disappears from the table, that this
happens?

I like to do the consultation and the side of the customer data in
radiobutton continue showing the table, so that I atribuisse
other features.
