Railo Support for FarCry CoreFolks, There's been a fair amount of work done to get FarCry and Railo to play nice together. As far as we are aware, FarCry will install and run on Railo just fine -- as long as you are on the latest versions. If you want to test this combination please make sure you have the following in place: - FarCry Core 5.1.6+ (recently released) - Railo Engine 3.1.0.016+ (may still be in preview at this time) If you are experiencing problems, the first place to check is the summary of identified and outstanding CFML engine compatibility issues: http://bugs.farcrycms.org/browse/FC/component/10101 If you discover any issues with your installation, and you are running on these minimums please don't hesitate to raise the bug (http:// bugs.farcrycms.org/) and bring it to our attention in these forums so that we can prioritise the fix. Re: Railo Support for FarCry Core
For those of you trying to upgrade to the .016/.017 release and unsure
how...
Log into your Railo server administrator. On the left hand navigation is an "Update" link. Click it. You should see a field in the main navigation page to check a URL for updates. For the .016 release, put in http://preview.getrailo.org and click the update button. For .017 (looks to be the nightly build link for now) the link is http://dev.railo.ch. The dev link appears to be bleeding edge, and has had NO testing. The preview has been reviewed by the railo team, and some of the community members.
