But we don't require 3.2.1 or 3.1.4; 3.2 or 3.1 should really be fine,  
shouldn't they?

And on Tiger, 2.4.1 should have been fine too.

There's no reason for people to use old version of Xcode, why should
we even bother mentioning them?
