This is something I am very passionate about. My job as a director is to
grow development managers. I can't tell you the countless times I have had
to "repurpose" existing managment staff because they only cared about the
technology. This is definitely something I am willing to talk at length at.
Is there some other list group that is specifically addressing this point?
