Those above errors (I don't know about the original problem) might be
related to having entries in xorg.conf for these devices. Look at the
last line "Refusing to enable duplicate device" , it's seeing double,
one from xorg.conf and one from HAL auto-detect/hot-plug,
suspend+resume= unplug+replug ?. So try cleaning xorg.conf, keyboard,
mouse, and touchpad sections.
