That's true for Brainstorm but for a papercuts-like project I don't think we need to submit the popular entries to
bugs.kde.org.
By the way, I didn't mean to derail the discussion - if people don't like my suggestion that's fine. If many "papercuts" already are filed on
bugs.kde.org it makes sense to start by cutting down that list.
