I had the same problem and after googling at comp.text.tex I found that
the problem is related with hyperref.
The solution is replace \documenclass{beamer} with

\RequirePackage{atbegshi}
\documentclass{beamer}

It works for me.

Ok a problem between hyperref and pgf. Is anyone on it to solve this?

This is a workaround. It works for me too, but it's not a clean
solution, though.

Thanks for the hint, I'm at least able to work on my presentations now.
