For gtksourceview, there really needs to be a new extension
(sourceview2?) that has the new API, the code will not be able to
support both the 1.8 version of the API and the 2.0 version.
php-gtk uses php svn and tools so svn.php.net (look in gtk) has viewvc,
lxr.php.net has searchable source code, I gave you the link to the
subversion repository
As far as a roadmap goes - yes we need to do a new release with TRUNK
(has 5.3 fixes and support, cairo support, and new gtk release support)
have just been short on time and energy.
