It seems the update is not yet available for i386 because the build failed

a build problem like this is not (and should not be) cause to change
(or delay) the DSA (especially since experimental is not technically a
security-supported release).

if your goal is just to inform the developer of this problem, a bug
report would be a lot more useful.

This is most likely a buildd problem.
