I was focusing on the extended LTS part and the chart is incorrect
indeed. Good catch Olaf!   I updated it but it's still not quite
right.

What I'd like it to show as possible:
* Skip a version: ex.: Tiki 9.x LTS to Tiki 15.x LTS
* Move from 1 extended LTS to another (ex.: 9.x to 12.x)
