For your translation to be "official" ie downloadable from drupal.org
the translation has to reside in drupal.org's CVS. It is fine if you
do the actual maintenance elsewhere.

Please apply for a cvs account at http://drupal.org/cvs-account and
mention that you want to take over http://drupal.org/project/id.
