There are several possibilities:

1) translations

the Vietnamese translation project for Drupal could probably use your
help, it does not have a complete Drupal 6 translation yet.

Maybe start by posting a message in the issue queue.

2) You speak of "documents", did you translate part of the handbooks
or other sources?

For these, you probably should set up a vietnamese community site.
Looking at http://drupal.org/language-specific-communities, there does
not exist one.
