RAT feels some files inside docs (some Javascript files) should
contain licenses as well as whole bunch of files in test - I agree
with the later but don't think it was a show stopper for the release.
+1 to the release. Good job!
A few notes:
* There is an svn:external inside the tree, the tag should probably
use a fixed revision number of said external.
* For the next release you may consider creating an additional level
of nesting at the top of your archives so that unzip file.zip
creates a directory and all contents are part of that directory.
