Now that my upload request for pmd:pmd-jdk14 has been processed, the
issue could be resolved by committing my patch from:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPMD-66This will use version 4.1.1 of pmd:pmd-jdk14 (i.e. the retroweaved
version of pmd) and will work with all jdk 1.4+ versions.
Another patch to have nicer failure messages
(
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPMD-65) could also be merged before
creating a new version to use pmd 4.1 for the maven pmd plugin.
