You still get a flash of a black screen with Plymouth->KDM on Fedora, but not with Plymouth->GDM. If they've just added it without KDE integration then it's not really that interesting. - Significant apps being updated to KDE 4 versions - I have an idea that the KDE 4 version of k3b is now default?
