btw the Query: select artifact where jar.manifest.entires in ('org.mule.container.MuleContainerContext') looks a little odd. would it be better to introduce a 'contains' keyword?

'contains' is one of the things we raised with Dan already. Actually, some more improvements are welcome, but having a good query parser is a prerequisite for major rework. JParsec stepped into the picture, though I don't know if the initial evaluation was going well enough (Dan needs to step in).
