Can I point out that there are some currently empty labels which do exist,
and ought to not be removed simply because there are not currently any
releases assigned? They have (or if they've been removed now, for being
empty, had) good info in their annotations, and were part of various
projects a few people - myself included - were working on.
Voiceinsideyou, I'd been going to run just such a script over a year ago,
to remove empty labels, (before I was working on some projects myself that
temporarily would be creating some) and enough people pm'd asking me to
hold off, due to projects they were working on... I just hope noone has
jumped the gun and just removed these, given that removing an empty label
(as I found) is an autoedit, so there's no chance for the editors involved
in projects which created these to comment on the remove edits, nor a
chance for them to even salvage the info out of the annotation, or to add
at least a single blocker AR, to make it no longer a fully empty label...
