I'd like to see us stablize the trunk and get the native thread code merged in. I've been holding off on new feature work (namely the @Intrinsic implementation of Magic) to avoid making the final merge harder. I think everyone else should do likewise. If Fil and Daniel are close to achieving this merge, we should all pitch in to the extent we can and close this out.
Steve, on a potential switch to GenImmix, there is a blocking issue that it currently fails on some of the PPC platforms. See RVM-625.
