It may be a reliable fix. But I usually connect the two solder joints,
which should be connected by the now broken trace, directly with an cable.

And furthermore, especially if it's a digital signal, the now redundant
traces should be cut on both ends to eliminate the stubs, which will
otherwise cause unwanted reflections, resonance, antennae, etc.

on ebay- try the "Circuit Writer" with the "Circuit Sealer".
