We recently did a dependency audit of uDig and removed many jars that were no longer in use; I wonder if we removed this one by accident. The good news is that we can distributed this one...

Okay the net.refractions.udig.catalog.arcsde/lib folder contains *empty* jars for:
- jpe_sdk-9.2+.jar
- jsde_sdk-9.2+.jar
- icu4j-3.2+.jar
We will replace icu4j and make another cut of 1.2-M8 ... :-) I will email when it is available; any help testing is of course both welcome and allows us to get the release out the door earlier.
