Just make sure all the bolts are tight and the fluid level is correct in your differential. There is some slack in the differential by design and the system has a whine to it. As long as it isn't something really obvious such as a vibration or loud knocking noise, I wouldn't concern myself about it much. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
