You've confused me, Luca :-)  In MDV 2009.1 I simply typed 'power' into the
install widget's search line, and installed the battery monitor offered.  Are
you saying that isn't there, or doesn't work since you changed something?

rpm -qa | grep power
plasma-krunner-powerdevil-4.2.2-18mdv2009.1
