Wonder why I didn't find that one. I downloaded the 2.6.18 driver and
built it into the Xen 2.6.18 kernel, and I'm pretty amazed so far:

I'll have it run for a bit longer, to make sure it stopped corrupting data.
Did you try using this driver already?
