Sometimes it's a good idea to take a look into the error.log before you post

It seems you checked SwiftMQ into your version control system and the <swiftmq-root>/jmsapp/router1 contains a ".svn" directory. SwiftMQ considers that as a JMS application and tries to hot deploy it.
