That's what I was thinking, the plugs are new and clean so I can't tell yet. But the pipes are loaded with carbon, at first glance I thought maybe just over choked but the prevous owner disconnected the choke cable. I'll contact Jardine and rework the carb after the riding season is over. also, I'll pull the plugs in a week or so and check the condition....
