Stating what truth? Saying "image/png" is as true as "video/x-mng", and
leads to less confusion. Saying in the spec that APNGs may also be
served as "video/x-png" would probably be fine, though I can't see any
advantage in actually serving one as video/x-png. (Or, indeed, of
actually sniffing deep enough into the stream to decide whether
something is image/png or video/x-png.)
