Twice. Once because "image" calls for still images, and once because
"png" calls for still images.
Now what we need to do is find some scheme that will fool IE without
lying and breaking specifications. I'm trying to help with that.
I'm suggesting video/x-mng because it's entirely truthful and
spec-compliant.
If it turns out that, as you say, the only way to fool IE is to break
specs, then we'll consider that, but I suspect it would sway a few
votes against the proposal.
