I don't know of any forums specifically for the UK, but if your resume is online, searchable, contains "ATG Dynamo" and any related experience (formhandlers, repositories, B2C, B2B, etc), you shouldn't have trouble finding work.  In North America, people with their resume online (monster.com, workopolis.com, etc) are contacted frequently.
