Hey aydeniz,
There's an "Other..." option on the "New" context menu. Open that and
then choose New JSF page or something like that. The main many
contains the file types you use most, so the next time JSF Page will
probably be there.
If there are no JSF options on the menu, check Tools -> Plugins and
see if the JSF Plugin is installed.
Also, I really recommend Netbeans 6.7 if you can install it.
