just because a cd is first released in 1999, doesn't mean that all
copies were *made* in 1999. most releases on CD - especially those on
major labels - will be repressed many times until they simply stop
selling (or the label reissues, or another label takes over, etc).
it's not till you start looking at the CD matrix codes that you notice
the very subtle changes between such represses, if there are any at
all.

even discogs doesn't really deal with these kinds of represses, and
unless you know for sure that there is a label or cat# difference, MBz
wouldn't either. IMO don't add it as a separate event.
