Works here. Successfully connected to Google Calendar via CalDAV using
Lightning 1.5a1 and Thunderbird 13.0a1 as of 2012-02-24. Enabled cache,
changed something on the server, reloaded in Thunderbird and the changes
showed up.
Do you get any error or warning messages? Maybe try to switch off/on the
calendar, switch off/on the cache, remove/rebuild the cache.sqlite
database file, or remove/subscribe the calendar to narrow down the problem?
