Under Vista there's a difference (by default) between 'an admin one'
and _the_ administrator account (which you can rename in the local
policy ofcourse).
A member of administrators looses its credentials when a new process
is started, _the_ administrator account doesn't do this (with the
default UAC settings).
the fact that regasm office.dll does work is hard to explain then,
but it might still pay of to try the other admin account.
