AFAIK not yet - There's work in progress to get the current 5.5 version working with surefire which I understand will be a 2.4 release shortly after this 2.3 release - at least that's my understanding.

Sorry to jump in here- but does that imply that the current version of TestNG (i.e. 5.5) with the current version of Maven (i.e. 2.0.5) plus the current version of maven-surefire (i.e. surefire v2.3) is a working combo?
