I've found I can crimp most PCB terminals with
http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/crimp-tooling/2105012/ The fact it doesn't
have a ratchet mechanism and doesn't try to crimp core and sheath in one
go makes it pretty flexible in what you can crimp in it.
