Ultimately, it's their AppStore and they can do what that like. The
developers are just guests.
The rejection of your tarot deck is pretty lame tho. Especially to
anybody that's seen the sales videos for the "wobble" apps that became
popular a few months ago.

In the past, Apple's SDK agreement prevented developers from publicly
discussing App store rejections. This might have changed recently,
however you may want to check your agreement before posting anything
in public.
