Thanks for the reply.

I checked the log and I found something:
[Mon May 11 09:29:32 2009] [error] [client 192.168.200.52] File does
not exist:
/var/www/html/favicon.ico
Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 136
bytes)
Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 136
bytes)
Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 44
bytes)
Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 128
bytes)

So I guess I will need to increase the memory size for PHP.
