If we don't have 'free will' we will each react to events and
perceptions deterministically or randomly and thereby change the
judicial system or not (just like we will if we do have 'free
will').
What seems strictly deterministic is that Craig will not understand
how we can do without 'free will' and John K. Clark will refuse to
understand what anybody means by it.
